At Hereward Homes we go that extra bit further to ensure that buying your new home is a pleasurable experience. Our service doesn't stop once we have presented you with the keys as we will visit you when you have moved in to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

To enable home owners to benefit from lower bills, all houses are designed to be highly energy efficient, meeting the latest Building Regulations. As a member of the National House Building Council, all Hereward Homes properties qualify for the NHBC ten years New Homes Warranty.

Once we have handed over the keys, our site manager will guide you around your new home and familiarise you with its features, even down to explaining how the heating works.

On completion we issue all new homeowners with a comprehensive guide containing details on appliances, heating, health & safety, product guarantees and operating instructions.

Each property will be issued with an NHBC 10 Year Warranty, and for total peace of mind we will give you a personal point of contact for any queries you may have once you have moved in.
