A Fujitsu ASYA24LC air conditioning for heating and cooling. There is also a spur over the entrance door should the tenant wish to fit an over-the-door heater as well.
Security

The shop is pre-wired for a security alarm, but an alarm is not fitted as standard, but can be fitted for a nominal extra cost.
BT

It will be the responsibility of the tenant to arrange for the telephone connection to the shop. The BT wiring has been installed but the final connection is still to be made.
