Hereward Homes Team

Over the past few years Hereward Homes has earned a reputation for building high quality homes in prime rural and town locations throughout Rutland, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire. The award-winning company was founded by MD Jon Gibbison in 2000 and has since grown and established itself as a leading regional developer. The company’s recent successes have resulted in the creation of a new Site Manager role and a promotion for a long-standing member of the team who has been appointed as Construction Director.

Paul
Hereward Homes is very proud to appoint Paul as Construction Director. Paul has worked for Hereward Homes for over 14 years, first as Site Manager, then as Contracts Manager. He is now looking forward to the challenge of a new role as Construction Director with key responsibilities including all construction and sales activities. An invaluable member of the team, Paul is a real asset to the company and is looking forward to drawing on his many years of experience with Hereward Homes to help drive the company forward through its next phase of development.

James
James has also recently joined us as Site Manager. With an excellent background in construction, James has been a Site Manager for 25 years and has a wealth of experience delivering the quality of build for which Hereward Homes is renowned. James is well known locally, having begun his career and developed his skills and knowledge on the job at Stamford Homes, before moving to Persimmon Homes. Most recently he was with Broadgate Homes for 16 years, managing many site projects through from start to finish.

Gary 
Gary joined Hereward Homes in May 2022 as our Quantity Surveyor after a number of years working for Heritage Building and Conservation, Vistry Partnerships and more recently Oakwood Homes. He has past experience with working on very high quality, high specification projects from his time spent working for Heritage Building and Conservation.

Gary prides himself on working closely with every member of the team as well as our purchasers to ensure that we fully meet their expectations to build the home that they deserve.

We are delighted Gary has Joined Hereward Homes as he is incredibly passionate about contributing to the production of the high quality homes we produce and we look forward to Gary bringing his knowledge and experience to our team.

Amy
In July 2022 Amy joined the Hereward Homes team as our Customer Service, Sales and Office Manager.

16 years working in customer facing management roles, from hotel manager to online customer service and sales manager, puts her well placed to deal with any office based queries which may arise on a daily basis.

Having lived in the area her whole life Amy is very familiar with the local settings we choose for our developments and is on hand to answer any questions you may have.
